Book ’em, Danno–Episode 9

In this episode of Book ’em, Danno, I talk about the season 1 episode “Face of the Dragon” before switching to the pilot episode of the 2010 reboot, aptly titled “Pilot”. Between the plague, Uncle Fester, human trafficking, Spike and Daryl, espionage, arms dealing, and shaved ice, there’s a whole lot going on here. A whole lot.

And yet, I got the episode under an hour. Go  figure.

Check it out on Soundcloud and iTunes.

Don’t disappoint Jackie Coogan. He wore his best shirt.

  1. Hi again … I just wanted to let you know how much I am loving your podcast … the summaries are great, you sound good, and there is some great humor in there, too!

I also could not wait to let you know that I listened to episodes over and over again driving around Hawai’i over the weekend!

I was cracking up actually pulling up to where the new 5-0 was filming yesterday, and you were talking about a character having a beautiful baby “that looks about three months old”!

My only hope is that you keep going!

    1. First of all, when I started this podcast never did I think that someone would actually be listening to it while driving around Hawai’i, and definitely never thought about anyone listening to it in any proximity to the new 5-0. That’s wild and I love it.

Second of all, and most important, I’m so glad you’re enjoying the show! Thanks so much for the kind words. I appreciate the positive vibes. i do my best to keep it entertaining and I’m glad I’m hitting the mark.

I plan to keep going as long as I can. Hopefully, I’ll manage all 12 seasons.
